SUBSIDY
Eligible families with a combined gross income under $180,000 a year can receive subsidy to further reduce child care fees for their Kindergarteners.
Families earning under $90,000 gross annually with children in Grade 1 to 4 are eligible for child care subsidy.
Parents can apply for the Child Care Subsidy though Alberta Human Services
Payments & Registration Rules
All Summer Break Programming dates must be booked a minimum of 10 business days prior to the first day. This is due to the purchase of tickets and passes to various attractions and activities.
If you have passes for any of the attractions that we are planning to visit, please let us know as we will put these funds towards other activities throughout the summer for your children.
In order to finalize your child’s spot in our Summer Break Programming, we must receive your initial payment and signed Registration. A spot will not be held for your child until all requirements are received.
When paying on a monthly basis or for a bundle package, we require a $250 deposit to be paid upon registration. The remaining amount will be due on the 25th of the month before programming.
If you are booking on a daily or weekly basis, 100% of the total must be paid upon registration.
Drop-In registration can only be booked 1 week in advance, and are subject to availability.
Please note that after June 1, 2024 no refunds or credits will be given for any cancellations. In the event that your child is not able to participate in the programming due to illness or physical injury, please contact the office to speak to our director. Any money spent on tickets or passes are not subject to a refund.
