Please follow below steps in order to register your child for 2024/2025 School Year:

- 2024/2025 School Year Agreements and Liability Release Form
- Individual Medical Form and Individual Emergency Medical Plan(Only required if your child will be bringing or taking any medication while in care at KICKSTART. Examples include EpiPens or Inhalers)
Please email the Agreement form in a PDF format. To sign this form, first download it from the folder to your computer, then sign them electronically. This can done through the following free software https://get.adobe.com/reader/
4. Once we receive the signed agreement form, we will send an Invoice for a nonrefundable $250 deposit that goes towards your child’s September care.
Please note, per Parent Handbook and Agreement Form, we do require one month notice for cancelations, therefore full September amount will be charged for cancelations after August 1, 2024
