If you have been to KICKSTART, just email us at kickstartcalgary@gmail.com and we will send you the Parent Agreement.

FOR NEW FAMILIES:

1. Please call us at 587.353.0814 to book a tour the facility and meet with us

2. Please complete: GENERAL REGISTRATION INFORMATION FORM

3. We will email you the Parent Agreement form within a week from receiving the General Registration Information Form.
